Lesson 65: SA-case

The third and last case of nouns and pronouns
in Filipino is the SA-case.

Nouns and pronouns in the SA-case
serve as the "place" of something.
SA-case nouns answer the question "where?"

In the following sentences, the phrases in boldface
are expressed in the SA-case in Filipino:

I gave the book to Miguel.
She borrowed money from Carla.
Did you put the computer on the table?
Please take the old books to the garage.
Where in the kitchen did you put the chair?

Do you see how the boldface phrases above
answer the question "where?"?

If so, you understand the SA-case.
